Partnership structures vary depending on the opportunity. Revenue-sharing, profit-sharing, joint venture or other commercial arrangements are subject to separate agreements between the parties.
Individually negotiated
AEGIS ECOM LLC works with manufacturers, suppliers, sourcing agents, logistics providers, marketers, technology providers and other partners. The scope, responsibilities and commercial terms of each relationship are negotiated individually and depend on the opportunity, the contribution of each party and the outcome of due diligence.
Not every partnership includes economic participation
Many partner relationships are conventional commercial arrangements—for example, supply or service agreements. Profit sharing, revenue sharing, joint ventures and performance-based arrangements are available only in certain opportunities, and only where agreed in writing.
No promise of returns
